Tasting Circle: Summer of Riesling

​The Zamboni of wines. Riesling. You can't spell it, pronounce it, explain it, and somehow you still have opinions about it. Good. Bring those.

​Inspired by the overlord of the Summer of Riesling, Paul Grecio, we're tasting six Rieslings — dry to sweet, tense to honeyed, the ones that pair with everything to the ones that ARE everything

​Come curious and ready to have your misconceptions dissolved like sugar in an off-dry Spätlese. OR if you're already a fan, come thirsty and ready to deepen your already inconvenient love of this acidic, aromatic, noble grape.

​Could we be on Terroir's Riesling cruise right now? Yes. Are we? No. This will have to do.

​Pay what you can — suggested contribution is $25. No one gets turned away for lack of funds. The Riesling does not discriminate.
