​Sunday Movement, Breath & Meditation - Gavà Mar ✨

​Join us for a grounding and uplifting Sunday morning practice by the sea.

​This one-hour session of gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation offers a moment of bliss..

​We’ll use AURA headsets to guide the experience, creating a harmonious flow of breath and movement in a calm, supportive setting. You’ll also leave with simple, practical tools to continue your practice at home.

​After the session, stay and enjoy the morning in your own way:

​Please bring:

• ​Yoga mat (and meditation cushion if you have one)

• ​Water bottle
