​Join The Mommy Archives and our Mahjong instructor for an evening of learning, playing, and connecting with other local parents.

​Whether you're brand new to Mahjong, still building your confidence, or already play independently, this event is designed to bring people together over a game that blends strategy, tradition, and fun.

​Mahjong has become one of the fastest-growing social hobbies, creating space for connection, conversation, and a little friendly competition.

​Come solo or bring a friend—we’ll make sure you have a seat at the table. Moms, dads, and expectant parents are all welcome. 💛

​🀄 Beginner Lesson + Guided Play — $55

​Perfect if you’re brand new to Mahjong, have only played a few times, or would like a refresher.

​Includes:
✨ Instructor-led beginner lesson with our Mahjong instructor
✨ Guided gameplay with support throughout the evening
✨ All Mahjong materials provided
✨ Time to mingle and connect with other players

​💡 Please choose this ticket if you would like instruction, reminders, guidance, or support during play. There is no expectation to move to Open Play after one lesson—many players attend several guided sessions before feeling ready to play independently.

​🀄 Open Play — $30

​For experienced players who feel comfortable playing a full game independently without instruction or instructor guidance.

​Enjoy a relaxed, social evening of Mahjong, conversation, and connection with fellow players.

​💡 Please choose Open Play only if you are comfortable playing independently and do not need assistance during gameplay.

​We’ll group players by experience level and comfort level so everyone has the best possible experience—from first-time players, to those still building confidence, to experienced players enjoying independent Open Play.

​👋 Meet Your Instructor

​Stacy is an experienced American Mahjong instructor who loves bringing people together through learning and community. Her welcoming, patient teaching style makes Mahjong approachable and fun, whether you’re brand new to the game or looking to build your confidence.

​She’ll guide beginners through the basics of American Mahjong and help players learn, practice, and enjoy the game in a supportive environment.

​🧩 What You'll Need

​✨ Nothing! Everything you need to play will be provided.

​🍝 Food & Drinks

​Food and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

​Since La Nonna Ristorante & Bar is generously hosting us, we kindly ask each guest to support the venue by purchasing at least one food or beverage during the event.

​Like any great game, it gets more fun the more you play—and everyone starts somewhere. Mahjong & Mingle is all about creating a welcoming space to learn, play, and meet new people.

✨ Seating is limited and advance registration is required.
✨ Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. Please let us know at check-in if you prefer not to be included.
✨ Tickets are non-refundable but transferable with advance notice.
