Cancellation & Transfer Policy
Thank you for choosing to join SoulBound Portugal's All~White Yacht Experience. Due to the exclusive nature of this event and the limited number of available reservations, the following Cancellation & Transfer Policy applies to all bookings.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable.
No refunds, credits, or exceptions will be granted for any reason, including, but not limited to, personal emergencies, illness, missed flights, travel delays, scheduling conflicts, changes in personal circumstances, or failure to attend the event.
The only exception is if the vendor or I cancel the experience; in which case, you will receive a full refund or the option to switch dates if another date becomes available.
Transfer Policy
Although reservations are non-refundable, you may transfer your reservation.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another guest of your choosing, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
You must submit written notification via email and follow up with a phone call no later than seventy-two (72) hours (3 days) before the scheduled event.
Both the email and the phone call are required. Submission of one without the other does not constitute a valid transfer request.
Carla Jeter of SoulBound Portugal must review and confirm the transfer request in writing before it is considered valid.
The original purchaser is responsible for ensuring the replacement guest receives all event information, including the itinerary, meeting location, check-in time, dress code, and any other instructions related to the experience.
SoulBound Portugal reserves the right to deny any transfer request that does not comply with this policy or cannot be accommodated by the event operator or applicable regulations.
Failure to complete the transfer process within the required timeframe will result in forfeiture of the reservation without refund, credit, or transfer.

By purchasing a reservation for SoulBound Portugal's All~White Yacht Experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Cancellation & Transfer Policy in its entirety. You further acknowledge that all sales are final and that any approved reservation transfer must comply with the requirements outlined above.
