​Blue Bridge to David and Back

​Start your week with an early-morning ruck in Port Coquitlam.

​We’ll meet at the Blue Bridge at 5:30 a.m. and walk to David via the Poco Trail, then loop back to the Blue Bridge. Bring a weighted rucksack—or simply join us for the walk—and be ready for some good conversation, likely including a little IT security along the way.

​Rain or shine. Light or dark. We’ll be there.
