Sipmate Thursday: meet new people for a drink

​New in Berlin, or just up for meeting someone new? Every Thursday from 19:00, people in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg who'd like company for a drink meet up.

​Start at the Sipmate table at Ausschank 2 by Straßenbräu (Görlitzer Str. 52 in the Wrangelkiez, a few minutes' walk from U Schlesisches Tor). Look for the small Sipmate sign. To find each other, open the free Sipmate app and tap that you're out tonight: you'll see who else is there or nearby. Send a Cheers, and if it's a yes, have a drink together, here or at another bar in the Kiez.

​Good to know: not a dating app, 18+. Zero-proof drinks count too. Free, no tickets; you only pay for your own drinks. Straßenbräu keeps a table for us but isn't the organiser, so please order as usual and be considerate. On 22 October there's live jazz in the back room from 20:00.
