Summer’s Harvest, Autumn’s Threshold — A journaling and wellness meditation class for pausing, reflecting, and consciously stepping into the next season.
What did you grow this summer? What did you actually harvest? And what are you ready to release before carrying it into the next season?
Together, we’ll reflect on the season behind us through guided journaling prompts, a gentle meditation, a simple releasing practice, and a closing ceremony before setting intentions for autumn. This isn’t a productivity workshop. It’s a chance to pause, listen, celebrate what’s grown, and make space for what’s next. 🌱
No journaling or spiritual experience is needed. Just bring your curiosity and an open heart.
Ticket cost: Free to attend. Everyone covers their own or brings something to share.
