Copenhagen CoS Meetup (May 21)
We’re excited to bring the Chief of Staff Network (COSN) community back together in Copenhagen for our second meetup of 2026.
While our launch event earlier this year faced a surprise snowstorm and a smaller turnout than planned, the conversations and energy in the room made it clear there’s strong momentum for building a thoughtful and connected Chief of Staff community in Copenhagen.

This informal, in-person gathering is designed to bring together Chiefs of Staff and adjacent operators across Copenhagen for an evening of relaxed conversation, meaningful connections, and community-building.
Whether you’re currently in a CoS role, working closely with founders or executive teams, or exploring the path, this is a chance to meet peers who understand the unique nature of the role and the challenges that come with operating at the center of fast-moving organizations.
There’s no formal agenda — just a brief introduction to COSN and what’s ahead for the Copenhagen chapter, followed by open networking and candid conversations with fellow operators.

Who is this event for?
This event is for operators currently serving as Chiefs of Staff, Founders’ Associates, or in similar BizOps, strategy, or operations roles.
