The SWELL Launch Party: Celebrating our first 50 founders
Come meet the 50 women who built The SWELL from day one, see the space, and celebrate our partnership with Formidable Media. Open to everyone, including free childcare sponsored by Rosie.
What it is
July 29th at Seattle Tech Week The SWELL opened its doors at SURF Incubator. Fifty women founders joined in the first 8 weeks, by word of mouth alone. We call them The First Wave, and on October 6 we are throwing them a party.
The SWELL and Formidable Media are co-hosting the evening. It is the official launch of The SWELL, a working community for women building businesses on their own terms, and our partnership with Formidable, the national media and membership company raising the profile of women leaders in the press.
Who it's for
Anyone who wants to meet the founders, see what they are building, and see the space. Founders, operators, investors, advisors, partners, friends of the community, and women who are weighing up whether to build something of their own. You do not need to be a member. Bring a friend.

Meet The First Wave. Fifty women building consumer brands, AI products, coaching practices, media companies, health ventures and more. Most are bootstrapping.
