We are back on Tuesday 4th August for another beautiful sharing of space as we deepen into the practice of breathwork, engage in mindful group discussion &enjoy a magical herbal blend alongside fresh fruit.
Come down to Floating Garden on Regent's Canal, take in the waterside views, and re-energise with us in community.
We will be gathering from 6:00pm, with the intention of beginning our practice at 6:30pm.
