​✨ Join me for this simple, beautiful and powerful practice to ground together, use our bodies to connect to how we feel in our current state, release, shift to desired state, and discuss together how this supports us to achieve our visions and goals. ✨

This is an interactive session with light movement, some group work and then smaller Zoom room work. Please leave video and audio on for the session. Movement can be adapted according to your needs.
