Legal Observer Training

​Become an official National Lawyers Guild Legal Observer by attending this training! Legal Observers are the “eyes and ears” of the legal team.  They create documentation during events which can later be use in defense cases, public statements, and litigation which aims to hold law enforcement agencies accountable for the actions of their officers.

​You do not need to be an attorney to serve as a legal observer. However, police officers, prosecutors, and other law enforcement agents are barred from serving as legal observers.
