Join Gateway and partner organizations for our 7th Annual AAPI Community Summer BBQ! Every year, this signature summer gathering brings together professionals, community organizers, ERG members, and friends from across the Bay Area for an afternoon of great food, outdoor games, and meaningful connections.
This year, we’re shaking things up with our first-ever Community Taco Competition! Local community teams and non-profits will go head-to-head, firing up the grills on-site to serve their best street taco creations.
Come taste what they’re cooking, cast your vote, and help crown the 2026 AAPI Taco Champion!

Taco Tastings & Voting: Sample competition street tacos from competing teams and vote for your favorite.
Classic BBQ Fare: Freshly grilled burgers, sausages, hot dogs, vegetarian alternatives, snacks, and cold beverages.
Community Connection: Meet and network with members across dozens of Bay Area corporate ERGs and community groups.
Lawn Games & Activities: Relax at the park with music and outdoor games.
