About Event
This is a free community Pilates class as I complete the final teaching component of my certification. I’ll be recording the class for certification purposes. Participants must be comfortable being recorded. The recording will only be shared with my educator!
What to bring:
Pilates or yoga mat
Extra mat, towel or blanket for your knees
Snacks/puffs/milk for baby!
