LA EDITION RETURN TO UNION: Sunset Yoga for Founders, Creatives & Changemakers
We’ll start with an all-levels sunset yoga practice on the beach, move into breath and meditation, and close with a little Bhakti, devotion and vocalizing. Nothing performance-based and no singing experience needed. It’s simply another way of opening the breath, using our voices and experiencing what happens when a group of people creates sound together.
We’ll also be sharing Reiki through REIKI JI, my Reiki offering, together with Suzette, a Los Angeles-based massage therapist and Reiki practitioner. The intention is to bring a gentle energetic element into the gathering and create even more space to receive, reset and reconnect.
I’ll also share a little of my new EP, LIGHTHOUSE, which I began writing at LightHouse Park City during Sundance earlier this year. The idea behind the project is something I keep coming back to: we are all the lighthouse. We each have our own voice, our own perspective and something uniquely ours to shine into the world.

I’d especially love to bring together founders, creatives, people in technology, artists, wellness practitioners, entrepreneurs and anyone thinking about how what they create can have a positive impact. It isn’t meant to feel like a networking event. It’s simply a beautiful setting to practice together, meet interesting people and have real conversations afterward.
The gathering is presented through HAUS OF UNION and also supports Media of Society, my nonprofit focused on using music, film and education as positive media and supporting educational programs for women and girls.
