The Seeds Programme is a Level 1 Development Programme, to support newbies in the facilitation & training space.
Phase 1: Foundation & Identity
The journey begins by establishing a shared language and identity. Participants explore the nuances that distinguish facilitation from coaching, teaching, or consulting, focusing heavily on the facilitator’s mindset.
Focus on context setting, defining the facilitator's role, and internalizing the attitudes necessary for effective group guidance.
