Deep inside, you know you’re capable of more, you can be more, you can shine even brighter. But only one thing seems to hold you back. A bit of self doubt. Just a bit more confidence.
I get it. Maybe you don’t have super low self esteem like I used to, but it just seems like you need a bit of a push. Just some clarity to understand what it is that will help you reach through that resistance.
Now, I can’t make you change, but I can only inspire you to do so. I went from someone who didn’t like herself or her appearance to doing - surprise - pageantry, and public speaking to 300 people. It was terrifying, exciting and relieving. I achieved this through reading a ton of self development books over the years, to change the way I think, my outlook and my mindset.
Although I'm still on my journey, in this workshop, I want to share some lessons I've learnt that helped me do things that seemed crazy at the time. We’ll unpack confidence and self doubt, and use proven methods to help transform your mindset change to align with the person you want to become.
