

Women's self-defence class
Beginner-friendly sessions designed to build confidence and get you moving.
Ladies, we know it's getting tough out there, and it doesn't hurt to learn a few more skills to help you feel more confident when you are out and about.
This brand new women-only self-defence class, is created to help you learn simple, practical movements in a supportive and relaxed environment.
No experience is needed. Whatever your level of fitness, you are welcome. You can take part as much or as little as feels right for you.
Each session will be led by Coach Jessie from Fullforce Gym. She’ll guide you through awareness skills, straightforward movements you can remember under pressure, and gentle fitness to help you feel more comfortable and confident using them.

Above all, this class is about building confidence, having a laugh, and doing something positive for yourself for an hour.

Level: Beginner-friendly
These sessions are FREE for women living in LS9 and £5 per session for women outside LS9.
