About our Hosts:
Sharon Cho is a communications and employee experience leader with more than 14 years of experience at the intersection of behavioral science, storytelling and strategy. Her background spans education, music, social emotional learning (SEL) coaching and executive communications, with experience advising Fortune 500 companies and global brands through reputation, crisis, multicultural communications and workforce transformation.
A Grammy-recognized background vocalist, Sharon brings a creative, multidisciplinary lens to helping leaders navigate complex sociopolitical environments, strengthen employee trust and align internal culture with external credibility.

Kristine deGuzman is a people-first comms and marketing leader with deep experience in the agency world, where she has led global teams and overseen integrated campaigns for enterprise technology companies, including Samsung, Meta, and Google.
Guided by values of leadership, authenticity, personal development, and kindness, she is known for building strong relationships, fostering connection, and creating team environments where empathy, mentorship, and psychological safety are prioritized alongside performance. Outside of work, she is a certified yoga instructor, Executive Coach, pole dancer, and published writer.
