From Setbacks to Setups Salon

​From Setbacks to Setups is an intimate, facilitated salon experience built around Amy Shoenthal's The Setback Cycle framework. Co-hosted by StoryEQ's Kristina Flynn, it's equal parts structured conversation and open exchange, each session brings together a curated group of professionals to talk honestly about pivots, disruption, and what comes next. The format is intentionally small so that every person in the room has space to speak, to be heard, and to leave with something they can actually use.

​The July 22nd salon will be centered around building the next phase of our careers, our lives and who we have to become to get there. Together, we'll set the stage for our next chapter.
