βπ Where & When
Riverside Park, South Lawn at 74th Street
βImportant: the pin on this listing will drop across the street from where we actually are. Once you arrive at the pinned location, cross the street into the park and look for the yellow Yoga Club flag on the South Lawn, that's where we'll be.
βGathering starts at 6:30pm. Practice begins once the space fills, about 15β20 minutes after, and runs for an hour. Schmooze to follow.
βπΏ What to Expect
We're a club, not a class. Come as you are, say hello to the people around you, and settle in.
Our Vinyasa practices are for all levels and run about an hour. Expect to move and breathe through an energizing set of standing postures and rejuvenating poses on the ground.
We understand that life happens. Sometimes that means showing up late, in your PJs, or both. We leave some time at the beginning of our meetings to ease in and socialize.
βAfter Yoga
Stick around. Socializing afterwards.
βπ΅ Your Phone
Touching Grass means stepping away from digital distractions.
We ask that you don't use your phone during the gathering. We don't take phones away. You can use yours for emergencies or step away from the group if you need to. We just ask everyone to follow the honor system.
It helps people slow down and stay present.
