​Debater: Dr Elias Hadjielias is Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship and Family Business at the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) and Visiting Professor at Padjadjaran University (Indonesia). He is Associate Editor for Business Ethics, the Environment & Responsibility and the Journal of the International Council for Small Business. His research has been featured in leading journals in innovation, entrepreneurship, and small business. An inductee of FBU’s Family Business Hall of Fame, he is the European Region Chair of the STEP Project for Family Enterprising and an Expert Contributor to the Global Family Business Think Tank. He is also co-founder of CEDAR (2013), the Centre for Entrepreneurship at UCLan Cyprus.
​Debater: Andreas Ioannou Andreas is the founder and CEO of Everneed AI and the Skyrocket Marketers Agency. Andreas also publishes the weekly newsletters AI Growth Hub and SEO Growth Hacks. In his newsletter, which is published on LinkedIn, he shares the latest news and insights about artificial intelligence.
Prior to the launch of his AI SaaS, he was a B2B blogger and social media influencer. He has a worldwide social media following on various social media platforms, with the total number of his followers exceeding 100,000. He is also the author of the digital marketing book Entrepreneur Makeover. In his book, he shares his knowledge of different aspects of digital marketing, like SEO, social media, and branding.
