grave/ity, vol.002 💀
We fear cemeteries and forget most of us will eventually end up in one.
The first room you ever entered may have been a hospital room.
The last one might be significantly smaller.
We treat cemeteries as places where everything ends, when depending on your worldview, it might literally be where the afterparty starts.
For centuries, humanity agreed cemeteries should remain peaceful.
GRAVE/ITY is a music night inside a working cemetery. So we're keeping the night simple, thoughtful and very respectful.
A cemetery is first and foremost a resting space.
Our sound levels are designed around that responsibility, with decibel limits set for the environment and monitored throughout the night.
The music begins after visiting hours, when mourner footfall is minimal.
Event plots and occupied plots stay separate. Residents remain private, burial access stays restricted, and funeral routes stay open at all times.
No alcohol. No smoking. No vapes. No digging. No outside Ouija boards. No unsolicited resurrection.
If a resident becomes ambulatory, we will immediately play this.
Not because it’s funny.
Because we believe in context-aware programming.
Satire. Bengaluru tech bros might actually show up, so legally I had to add this.
