ininin (input interactive insight) - From Reacting to Leading Under Pressure
ininin – From Reacting to Leading Under Pressure
Workshop by Christian Grümme
In everyday work, difficult conversations rarely fail because of missing knowledge — they fail because of pressure.
Someone pushes for an exception. Someone becomes emotional. Someone uses charm, urgency, or frustration to get their way.
In those moments, most people react automatically: they over-explain, soften too quickly, become defensive, or avoid tension entirely.
This hands-on session trains a different skill: staying clear and connected when conversations get uncomfortable.
Participants work through a series of practical exercises that gradually increase in intensity — from reflection to real conversation simulations.
What you’ll practice
🔹 Recognizing your personal reaction patterns under pressure
🔹 Staying calm and present in difficult conversations
🔹 Responding clearly without over-explaining or giving in too quickly
🔹 Handling requests that come through charm, urgency, or frustration
🔹 Setting boundaries while keeping the conversation open
Workshop structure
10 min – Context: Why difficult conversations define collaboration quality
15 min – Individual reflection: How do I react under pressure?

30 min – Roleplay: Pressure situations (charm, urgency, frustration)
