

Vendor Registration For The Hill 317 Juneteenth Celebration
Join us for The Hill 317 Juneteenth Celebration on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Lawrence Community Park, 5301 N. Franklin Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46226.
This community event will feature a Freedom Walk, fitness activities, kickball, family-friendly entertainment, guest speakers, music, and hundreds of attendees coming together to celebrate culture, wellness, and community.
Food Truck Registration – $150
We are only accepting 4–5 food trucks for this event.
Requirements:
Must be registered with the Marion County Public Health Department
Must have a valid Mobile Food Unit License
Must provide copies of all required permits and licenses
Must provide a description of your business and menu offerings
Non-Food Vendor Registration – $50
Ideal for:
Retail vendors
Community organizations
Nonprofits
Health and wellness businesses
Local entrepreneurs and service providers
Requirements:
Business or organization description
Description of products, services, or information being provided
Important Vendor Policies
⚠️ Please ensure you have all required licenses, permits, and documentation before submitting payment.
ALL VENDOR FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Payment does not guarantee acceptance into the event. Vendor applications must be reviewed and approved by The Hill 317 team.
Vendors are accepted on a first-paid, first-approved basis, and space is extremely limited.
Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable local, county, state, and federal laws, regulations, permits, licenses, and health requirements related to their business.
Vendor setup details will be provided upon approval. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tents, tables, chairs, signage, power sources, and any other equipment needed for operation.
If a vendor:
Fails to provide required documentation
Is unable to obtain required permits or licenses
Cancels for any reason
Fails to attend the event
Is denied approval due to non-compliance with event requirements
No refund will be issued.
By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that vendor fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
