To enter:
Have your QR Code ready: Please open the "My Ticket" that was sent to your email and have the QR code displayed on your screen before approaching the entrance.
Check-in: Our ushers will scan your code for verification.
Seating: Once confirmed, please proceed to your seat and enjoy the performance!
Walk-in Guests:
We welcome walk-ins, but please note that you must still register via our link upon arrival. This is required so we can accurately track the number of available seats remaining and ensure we do not exceed our venue capacity. Once you have completed the quick registration and have your QR code ready, our ushers will scan it to verify your entry.
Instructions:
Arrival: Doors will open at 4:30 PM. We encourage early arrival to secure your preferred seat.
Seating: Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis so please arrive early to secure your spot.
If late: To avoid disrupting the performance, latecomers may be asked to wait until a designated break between pieces to be seated.
Attire: We encourage a smart casual or business casual dress code. As the venue is not air-conditioned, please prioritize your comfort when selecting your attire.
Device Etiquette: For the best experience, please silence all mobile phones and electronic devices before entering the hall.
Concert Etiquette: We invite you to applaud after each piece. To ensure the best experience for everyone, kindly keep noise to a minimum during the performances.
Photography and recording: Feel free to take photos and videos of the performance but please ensure your flash is turned off and your device is kept at a height that does not block the view of those behind you.
