Join us for nourishment, connection, and an empowering session — Navigating Menopause with Knowledge and Grace.
In this 2 hour we'll have lunch and a session led by neuroscientist and yoga instructor Dr. Meredith Calvert. Dr. Calvert blends science and embodiment to illuminate what’s really happening in the brain and body during perimenopause and menopause, and how we can meet these changes with more knowledge, compassion, and calm.
We’ll begin with a brief 10–15 minute breathing and mindful movement practice designed to ground the nervous system and restore energy, followed by an accessible exploration of the neurobiology and physiology underlying hormonal shifts, mood changes, and sleep disruption.
You’ll leave with:
