Sound Healing Circle for Moms, Babies & Friends

​Join us for an afternoon of deep rest.

​We're gathering in the park for a sound healing session: a gentle, grounding hour of tones, vibration, and stillness designed to melt away the noise of everyday life. Bring your little ones, bring a blanket, bring yourself. This one's especially for moms and babies, but everyone is warmly welcome. You don't need to be a mom to join us. If you simply wish to experience a sound bath, take some time for yourself, you're just as welcome here as anyone rocking a baby.

​No experience needed. Just come as you are, lie back and let the sound do the rest.

​We'll meet at 11:15 AM at the dog park and walk together to the grass from there.
