Join our gathering of women for the Autumnal Equinox. As the light shifts and the days suddenly get far darker, we can mark this point in time as a beginning and an ending.
Summer brings expansion, light, and speed, and as Autumn begins and we are in the throes of panic and emotion, we can intentionally ground.
Colder weather can be brought forward with seasonally supportive food, practices, and ways of being. Indulge your senses in a circle that includes all of these suggestions and more. Come for the tea, stay for the chats.
