About me
Hey, I'm Carol.
I work remotely from a small town near Berlin. It lets me raise my daughter, work with people from all over the world and run my own business on my own terms.
I know remote work from the inside. I led distributed design teams of up to 25 people, with designers from 19 countries spread across Los Angeles, New York, Berlin, Alicante, Helsinki, Paris and India, and one shared hour in the day. The feedback I heard more than once: how I made the team feel like a team. That doesn’t happen by accident, it happens by design.
Today I build simple systems and run live sessions that help people make remote work fit their life. I'm a strategic designer and workshop facilitator with 18 years of experience.
