Women's Hiking Meetup
Join us for a morning hike at one of CNY's most beautiful state parks — a perfect way to move your body, clear your mind, and connect with like-minded women this summer. 🌿
Whether you're looking to reset, make new friends, or simply build more movement into your routine, this is a welcoming and energizing space to do it alongside an incredible group of women from across Central New York.

We’ll gather, get settled, and prepare to begin the hike together.
👋 Introductions & Icebreakers: 8:00–8:10 AM
A quick opportunity to meet one another, make connections, and ease into the morning together before we hit the trail.
🌿 Group Hike: 8:10–9:15 AM
We’ll enjoy a guided community hike together at a comfortable, conversational pace focused on movement, connection, and starting the morning grounded in nature.
What To Bring: Wear appropriate footwear with traction and removable layers. Be sure to pack water, sunscreen, and a crossbody or fanny pack for your keys, phone, and a small snack.

Each member is welcome to bring one non-member as a plus one. Plus-ones must register using the private ticket link provided by our team upon registration.
