​Moving to a new country comes with plenty to figure out... from understanding unwritten social rules to making friends, building a network, learning the language, and finding your place in the community.

​In this online session, we'll talk openly about some of the things that can make settling into Norway easier—and some that can make it frustrating—including:

• ​Making friends and building connections

• ​Volunteering and the tradition of dugnad

• ​Navigating language barriers

• ​Food and social culture

• ​The good parts of life in Norway, as well as some of the challenges

​There will also be time for questions and conversation, so bring along anything you've been wondering about life in Norway!
