All students are invited to attend a cooking class & brief nutritional medicine lecture at the Center for Health and Wellbeing. Come learn how to make a well-balanced meal from scratch!

During the cooking class, participants will learn how to make a balanced meal while also learning from a dietitian practical cooking skills and nutrition tips.
