Join us for a collaborative coffee cupping with Airworks Coffee x Homage Coffee in Ballard!
We’ll be taking over the Homage Coffee café space for a guided cupping featuring 10 coffees curated by Airworks, exploring a wide spectrum of styles, from ultra-clean and delicate to expressive and funky.
✨ We’ll be cupping 10 coffees, including: ✨ A rotating selection of washed, honey, natural, and experimental process coffees sourced from standout producers and roasters around the world. Expect contrast, discussion, and discovery.

What is a Coffee Cupping? 👃☕
A cupping is a standardized way to taste coffee that allows everyone to experience it on equal footing. Coffees are brewed the same way, side by side, so you can compare aroma, acidity, sweetness, texture, and overall character without distractions.
