Planetary Practices #8: Reclaiming agency through anger

​What if what you are angry about is also what you care about?

​​In this workshop, we will discover how anger could be a constructive, not a destructive force. We will use tools from Possibility Management to transform frustration into action, clarity and agency.

​Working with anger may surface other emotions. The facilitator is experienced with supporting emotionally intense processes but the workshop is not a space for therapy. As a participant you are responsible for taking care of yourself by stating your needs and boundaries.
