​Everyone drops their take into the pool and we vote blind on the one worth sitting with. Whichever hot take wins gets the floor, and the rest of the hour is ours to actually talk it through. No slides, no one lecturing from the front, just a room of people happy to say the real thing: agree, disagree, and agree to disagree.
