ADOPT 2.0 Device Distribution
This distribution session is for individuals whose Omni Circle Group ADOPT 2.0 application has been approved.
IMPORTANT: This event is available only to approved ADOPT 2.0 applicants. Please register for only one device distribution date and, whenever possible, use the same email address you used on your ADOPT application.
Please do not forward your registration invitation to another person. If someone you know is interested in the ADOPT 2.0 program, they should complete their own application at www.omnicircle.org/adopt/apply.
What happens at your pickup
When you arrive, you will:
Check in with Omni Circle staff
Confirm your approved applicant information
Receive your assigned device
Complete the required device agreement
Receive assistance getting your device set up
Learn about digital skills training and other free resources available through Omni Circle Group
Please plan to spend approximately 30 minutes on site.
What to bring
Please bring:
A photo ID that matches the name on your ADOPT application
The email address you used when you applied

Need to reschedule?
If you register for this distribution date and later find that you cannot attend, please cancel your registration or contact Omni Circle Group so we can help you select another available distribution date.
Please do not submit another ADOPT application just because you need a different pickup date.
If none of the currently available distribution dates work for you, contact us and our team will help you determine whether another pickup opportunity is available.
