Amateur Hour | Sunday Run

Sundays, 8:30 a.m., from the shop. 70 Main Street, New Canaan.

We head out to Irwin or Waveny, decided at the start. Irwin is about a mile out with a 3/4-mile loop, good for shorter days. Waveny is about a mile and a half out with a 2-mile loop, good for longer ones. Some weeks we link both. Run as many laps as you want, then head back. All paces welcome.
