Networking Breakfast for People & Talent Leaders
AI is redrawing the org chart. What does that mean for the leaders you hire and the organisations you build?
Most of today's senior executives learned the job by doing the groundwork: the analysis, the endless redrafts, a first team managed badly and a second managed less badly.
AI now does a lot of that work, and it's changing the shape of the organisation around it. Structures are getting flatter and teams smaller. Some roles are disappearing, and new ones are appearing that nobody has hired for before. How the next generation builds experience and judgement is still largely unanswered.
We are delighted to be joined by Nathalie du Preez - executive coach and fractional VP People, currently at Climate X, a Google Ventures-backed climate risk analytics company. She works with founders and senior leaders when leadership becomes the constraint: stepping into bigger roles, leading teams for the first time, restructuring due to AI, and performing under sustained pressure and rising complexity.
Nathalie will set the scene and then guide us through a number of topics based on your feedback in the registration questions.
What we'll get into (amongst others)
Org design and scaling teams: designing flatter, AI-enabled structures and hiring for roles that don't exist yet
Executive hiring: what founders and boards now need from leaders who manage people and AI together
Culture for hyper-growth: protecting what matters as AI and rapid scaling change how work gets done
Thursday 5 November, breakfast at 8.30am. Venue to follow.
By invitation, with a small number of places.
