​Philip Rathle (Neo4j)

​Philip Rathle is the CTO of Neo4j. He joined as the company’s first product leader and has led the company’s evolution from an early-stage startup to a $2B+ category leader @ >$200M ARR. His work powers mission-critical AI applications at 84 of the Fortune 100, including Uber, Walmart, JPMorgan, Novo Nordisk, Siemens, Airbus, and BMW, as well as thousands of startups. Philip authored the GraphRAG Manifesto, articulating how graph-based retrieval augmented generation has become essential for deploying trustworthy AI in high-stakes business applications. Neo4j now shows up in a huge array of AI applications as the knowledge layer that solves for agentic context – enabling AI to make more accurate and transparent decisions.

​Founder and CEO at RoryPlans.ai, Adelina has over 15 years of experience in tech, including leadership roles at Vercel, Cruise, and Google. I'm currently building a multi-agent orchestrator that aligns human teams and AI agents in one system of execution. With Rory you can create agents across multiple data sources and tools, or manage agents from other platforms in one place.

​Ewa Lewandowska

​Ewa Tamar Lewandowska is a PhD candidate at the Global Centre of Advanced Studies, where she examines the human and existential dimension of the AI-driven disruption of knowledge work. She explores how we reclaim meaning and agency—and dare to imagine alternative futures—beyond the logic of algorithmic extraction. Before turning to research, Ewa spent 10+ years in tech product leadership.

​Florent de Goriainoff is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with a proven track record of scaling innovative platforms at the intersection of AI and customer experience. As the Founder and CEO of Fluents.ai, he is currently pioneering the next generation of voice automation, providing high-fidelity, human-like AI agents designed to transform call center operations. Prior to founding Fluents.ai, Florent co-founded Namastay and held key leadership positions at Google Cloud, where he developed deep expertise in cloud infrastructure and enterprise-grade AI deployment.
