Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. For virtual and in-person events, refunds will not be given due to lack of attendance. Your ticket reserves your seat and therefore cannot be refunded. Transfers are available upon request, please email: support@freelancebigsis.com 

In the case that you cannot attend a virtual event, replays will be sent to all registered attendees.
