Free CPD webinar for immigration lawyers: Exploring economic immigration pathways for clients living as refugees
Looking to complete your CPD hours before year-end?
Join TalentLift for a free webinar offering practical insights and strategies drawn from our experience helping individuals and families living in displacement navigate Canada's economic immigration system.
Canada offers many economic immigration pathways that can provide an alternative to traditional refugee resettlement. However, navigating these pathways can present unique challenges for people living in refugee or displacement circumstances, even when they otherwise meet program eligibility requirements.
We'll share practical approaches to overcoming common barriers, including challenges related to passports and travel documents, supporting documentation, and settlement funds.
We'll also introduce the TalentLift Pathways Portal, a new free public resource developed to help identify, compare, and navigate Canada's economic immigration pathways through a displacement lens.
