Speakers
Raghda is a Leadership Strategist, Executive Coach & Transformation Consultant with over 18 years of experience driving people & organizational transformation across multinational & matrix-driven environments in the MERAT/ MENAP regions.
Throughout her career, she has partnered with global organizations to lead strategic HR initiatives spanning culture transformation, leadership development, talent management, organizational design & capability building. Known for combining business insight with human-centered leadership, Raghda specializes in enabling leaders & professionals to navigate change, elevate their personal brand & unlock high-performance cultures.
Raghda is an ICF-certified Business & Career Transition Coach, Executive Coach, Leadership Trainer & certified Design Thinking Trainer (ExperiencePoint–IDEO). She holds multiple internationally recognized psychometric certifications, including MBTI, DISC, Hogan 360 & SHL, supporting her evidence-based approach to leadership & talent development.
Doaa is a Chief of Staff, executive strategist, and HR transformation leader with over 18 years of experience helping organizations build high-performing cultures and turn strategy into execution.
Throughout her career, Doaa has held leadership roles at some of the world's most recognized organizations, including Procter & Gamble (P&G), PepsiCo, Schneider Electric, Vodafone, The Hair Addict, Cassbana, eXtra (United Electronics Co.), and Cilantro, where she currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO after previously leading the HR function as Head of HR.
Her journey spans global FMCG, telecommunications, and startups from e-commerce, technology, consumer retail electronics, and hospitality, giving her a unique perspective on leadership across diverse industries.
She has led large-scale initiatives in organizational transformation, talent strategy, employer branding, leadership development, executive governance, and AI-enabled ways of working, partnering with executives to build organizations that are both high-performing and people-centric.
