EFT for Couples Healing from Trauma - with Leanne Campbell
We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Leanne Campbell, one of the world’s leading EFT trainers, to Oslo on June 1–2, 2026, for an in-depth workshop on working with trauma in couples therapy.
Familiarity with the EFT model is recommended, but not required.
In this two-day training, participants will gain:
A solid understanding of how trauma history affects the couple dynamic – in both stage 1 (de-escalation) and Stage 2 (re-engagement and bonding).
Video examples of real EFT work with trauma-impacted couples
A focused segment on attachment injuries and trust ruptures
How to identify and repair relationship trauma within the EFT model
Clinical tools and therapeutic interventions you can apply directly in your practice.
This workshop is open to all professionals working with couples, including therapists, psychologists, counselors, and supervisors.
Participants are welcome to attend only one of the two days – though we recommend both days for a full experience.
About Dr. Leanne Campbell – Leading EFT Trainer and Trauma Specialist
Dr Leanne Campbell, PhD, is a registered psychologist, ICEEFT Certified Trainer, and co-director of the Vancouver Island Centre for EFT and Campbell & Fairweather Psychology Group. With over three decades of clinical and teaching experience, she specialises in integrating trauma-informed work with the attachment-based framework of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and EFIT. Trained by Dr Sue Johnson, Leanne has authored key texts in the field and has provided trainings worldwide in relational healing, complex trauma, grief, loss, and therapeutic repair. Her work brings together deep clinical insight, dynamic didactics, and a commitment to helping therapists translate EFT models into transformative sessions with trauma-impacted couples and individuals.

In the unlikely event that the course must be cancelled or rescheduled ofter this date, the Organizer’s liability is limited to a full refund of the course fee. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any other costs incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, or loss of income. Participants are advised to arrange refundable travel and accommodation and/or travel insurance.
