✦︎ Sunday Reset ✦︎ A somatic breathwork practice
Sunday Reset is a gentle, grounding breathwork class designed to help you wind down and reset in your body and end the week clear, steady, and rooted.
✦︎ Sundays offer a window of stillness, a moment to reflection to end one week and begin another.
This is where breath can gently shape our internal rhythm. This practice begins with slow, intentional breathing, nervous-system regulation, and moments of stillness to support a soft awakening rather than a push.
We’ll work with breath as an element—creating space, circulation, and presence—inviting the body to open at its own pace and set the tone for what follows.
✦︎ In this practice we create the pace for our week ahead.
This class is trauma-informed and accessible to all bodies and experience levels. You’ll be guided through a 45 minute breathwork journey, followed by time for rest and integration.
Come as you are—allowing the breath to ground the nervous system, clear the mind, and meet the day with intention.
