Evening of Intention (2026) 💫
Evening of Intention (2026) 💫
However you closed 2025, you choose how to begin 2026. ✨
Evening of Intention is a two-hour pause at the very beginning of 2026. Together, we create a space where intention is not rushed or forced, but felt.
Through guided writing, visualization, speaking & creative manifestation, you’ll set intentions that feel real and honest. Because writing and speaking turn intentions into reality.
You tap into your intentions,
we set the space! 💛
What to expect:
Guided journaling
Visualization & intention-setting to feel into 2026, not plan it
Speaking your intentions into the space
A creative moment to anchor your vision
Warm tea, presence & connection
✨ If you already have a moodboard/vision page for 2026, feel free to bring it.
✨ If not, there will be room to create something small and meaningful during the event.
We’re not there to tell you what to want.
We’re there to help you listen.
Lots of love,
Coos & Yaar

About the hosts:
Coos is the founder of coosflows. As a facilitator, trainer, yoga teacher, and spaceholder, she creates safe and playful spaces where people reconnect with themselves, each other, and what truly matters. Through trainings, workshops, yoga, and movement, she bridges structure and intuition, depth and lightness. Her mission is to open hearts ❤️ and support people in reconnecting with their inner truth and living from the heart.
Yaar is the founder of Time to Expresso, a business dedicated to expression, writing and reflection. After the depression, suicide attempt and loss of her father, she realized that expression is the opposite of depression. That's why she's hosting loss circles, (writing) workshops, yoga classes & cacao/live music events: to help people (re)discover how to live from the heart and freely express thoughts and emotions. Because in a world full of stress, we all need to express.
