About Event

To mark Neurodiversity Celebration Week, we’re creating an intimate, in-person space for reflection, discussion, and connection.

This is not a panel or a lecture. Instead, we’ll gather around small tables, each with thoughtfully designed discussion prompts related to neurodiversity, disability, identity, and work. The aim is to create space for honest conversations, shared learning, and meaningful connection — whether you’re neurodivergent yourself or simply curious and committed to building more inclusive environments.

Kim To will facilitate the evening, helping guide conversations and ensure the space feels safe, respectful, and welcoming.

You do not need to identify as neurodivergent to attend. All that’s required is openness, curiosity, and respect.

What to expect

  • Small-group, table-based discussions

  • Prompt cards focused on neurodiversity and disability

  • A calm, inclusive, and reflective atmosphere

  • Opportunity to meet new people and build genuine connections

  • Light facilitation to support psychological safety

This session is designed to be gentle, thoughtful, and human — a space to slow down, listen, and connect.

Who it’s for

  • Neurodivergent founders, students, and professionals

  • Allies interested in neurodiversity and disability inclusion

  • Anyone wanting deeper, more meaningful conversations beyond surface-level awareness
