We’re kicking off the new season with Volume 3 of The Puzl Soft Skills Academy - our masterclass series diving deep into the human mechanics behind successful businesses.
This edition’s theme is Leadership Without a Blueprint.
Leadership rarely comes with an instruction manual. It means leading people through uncertainty, navigating change, building trust, and making decisions when there is no clearly defined path. Whether you’re scaling a startup, managing a project, or driving impact as an individual contributor, leadership is not defined by titles, it is about judgment, influence, empathy, and the ability to act when the way forward is not obvious.
We are thrilled to feature our lovely member Assia Gekova - an international business executive, board member, and entrepreneur with extensive leadership experience across corporate and entrepreneurial environments.
Throughout her career, Assia has built and led teams, developed new businesses, and entered new markets, working across complex international environments where commercial priorities, regulation, stakeholder interests, and change intersect.
