In an industry that moves fast and demands a lot from us, creating space to reconnect—with ourselves and with one another—is essential. This experience is designed to help you step away from the noise, recharge your mind and body, and build meaningful relationships with others shaping the future of technology. Afterwards, we'll close with intentional networking.

Meet fellow founders, investors, and operators and get settled.
🏋🏻♀️ 6:45–7:30 PM | Strength Training Session (45 min)
We'll move together through a guided strength training session featuring barbells, dumbells, kettlebells, and light cardio designed to build the physical and mental resilience needed to thrive in our careers, ventures, and communities. Whether you're new to lifting or an experienced athlete, this all-levels experience will focus on developing confidence, strength, and the mindset required to navigate challenges both inside and outside of work through physical strength training.
😮💨 7:30–8:00 PM | Nervous System Reset (30 min)
Guided breathwork, mindfulness, and cognitive reframing practices to support recovery, regulation, and sustainable high performance.
🤝 8:00–8:30PM | Closing & Networking (30 min)
Connect with fellow participants, exchange ideas, and build meaningful relationships within the Latin@ tech community.
