SESSION 02 of 04 — FLO Summer Speed Series
There's a gap between knowing the drills and actually knowing how to run.
This series bridges it.
Four Wednesday evenings this summer at Mile End Athletics Track. Each session builds on the last. No sprinting background needed just the intention to move better.
Session 02 FLO goes deep into the mechanics and runs that make running look and feel fluid wicket runs, posture, arm action and sprint rhythm. This is the session where things start to click. Where your body stops fighting itself and starts moving the way it was built to.
This series is for: all Runners and sprinters, triathletes, HYROX athletes, Gym & strength athletes, Ex-athletes (including highschool!) and anyone who wants to feel more athletic and confident when they run.
